Even if you are not fully vegan, but are beginning to lean towards this lifestyle, I welcome you here and thank you for every effort you are making.

I am a Registered Nurse with a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. I have over 7 years of experience enjoying the benefits of eating a whole food plant-based diet and have discovered an intense passion for educating others on this transformative lifestyle.
Working as a nurse on a busy medical-surgical unit of our local hospital, I have seen firsthand how food choices affect health. The foods we eat on a daily basis have the ability to either promote or prevent, and even reverse, many of the most common and debilitating diseases. While plant-based nutrition isn’t being utilized nearly as much as it should be as part of the treatment protocols in the mainstream medical system at this time, YOU have the power to take control of your own health.
