Lemon tahini sauce. Super easy vegan sauce made from sesame tahini, vegetable stock, olive oil, and a whole lot of lemon flavor. It is delicious drizzled over roasted or grilled vegetables, as a sandwich dressing, or as a dip for raw vegetables.
Jump to RecipeI’ve been on a bit of a healthy eating kick as of late and this sauce has been a part of my weekly meal plan every week for the past month. I can’t get enough of it! It is unbelievably simple and it just goes perfectly with roasted veggies. Most weeks I cook up a batch of quinoa, roast some veggies, and make this sauce… that’s it. It can’t get any easier than that… dead simple and a nice healthy lunch or dinner.
This lemon tahini sauce is actually just my Lemon Garlic Sauce with tahini added. Cool..right?! Since you’re making this sauce, why not make a double batch and omit the tahini on one of the batches- now you have lemon garlic sauce for pasta for another dinner! Who’s making your life easy?? Why, thank you very much… I appreciate that. 😉 Hope you love it!
