Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated or finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons  fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Alternatively, you could use a small blender or food processor.

Notes

This maple vinaigrette recipe is easily adaptable. Substitute to suit your taste.
