Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off heat.
  • Use right away or pour into a mason jar and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

Delicious drizzled over grilled or roasted vegetables.
