Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado remove pit and scoop out of the skin
  • 5 Tablespoons coconut milk
  • 3 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon mirin
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 8-12 leaves of fresh basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 10 seconds or until smooth.
