- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 4 cups Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for 30 seconds on high.
Pour the mixture through a fine sieve, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag.
Put into a milk bottle or other sealed container and refrigerate. Will keep for about 4 days.
