I read the other day that a health psychologist believes the reason why friends and family try to get you to drink if you’ve decided to go “dry” for January isn’t out of a ‘malicious desire for someone to fail’, their sabotaging is because they are feeling an extreme resistance to change.
Those of us who have been vegan awhile now will recognise this type of behavior. We get it all the time in social situations: “Come on, a little bit of cheese on your pizza isn’t going to hurt.”
So if you’re vegan AND you’re doing ‘Dry January’, my friend, I salute you!
To help make your life easier, here’s a round up of 30 non-alcoholic drink recipes that you and your drinking buddies can all enjoy.
If it’s cold in your part of the world right now, how does a nice hot beverage sound?
