Kevin Schmidt

Kevin is a Vegan Hospitality Consultant, Professionally Trained Chef, Vegan Food Blogger, and Magazine Publisher. He provides services in plant-based menu development, interactive employee training, marketing, and Vegan Service Certification. Kevin is passionate about working with restaurants, hotels, and businesses to bring sustainability, transparency, and inclusivity to the forefront of the guest experience and increase positive customer feedback and sales.

Kevin lives in East Quogue, New York. He cares deeply about where food comes from, the impact it has on the environment, and the inclusive guest experience through the story of ingredients and causes. He is a professionally trained chef with a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University.

Kevin publishes the One Bite Vegan Magazine, blogs on OneBiteVegan.com, and is hosting the Food For Thought Summit in November of 2019. His Culinary Arts degree, extensive hotel and restaurant background, and vegan influencer work has clearly led him toward his mission to help the Hospitality Industry transition into the next era of guest services to meet the increasing demand for plant-based cuisine.
